The Niagara Predators Jr. A Hockey Club are proud to welcome Coach Corey to the organization.
Raised in an NHL family, Corey developed an early understanding of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game. His belief that any athlete can achieve their goals with the right guidance and support has become the foundation of his coaching philosophy.
As a player, Corey captured a State Championship and MVP honors with the University of Denver Jr. Pioneers before relocating to Canada, where his father—a 12-year NHL veteran—accepted a coaching position with the Buffalo Sabres.
Corey quickly transitioned into coaching, building an impressive résumé that includes experience as an NCAA Division I recruiter, as well as a tenured elite-level off-ice trainer and performance coach. His passion for innovation and expertise in muscle development and exercise physiology led to the creation of The Performance Lab / Favell Fitness, where he has helped athletes elevate their performance both on and off the ice.
Over the past two seasons, Corey has served as a Head Coach with the Pro Hockey Development Group, following years of success at the AAA level. In addition, his role as Director of Performance with RRI Global Agency has seen him guide and mentor athletes, helping them build clear pathways toward success while using hockey as a foundation for long-term development.
Corey brings a unique combination of high-level experience, development expertise, and a proven track record of athlete advancement, making him a valuable addition to the Niagara Predators as the organization continues to build for the future. |
